Indian consumer technology start-up Brave has announced its entry into the personal computing segment with the upcoming launch of the Brave Ark, a 2-in-1 Android-based PC aimed at users who frequently shift between productivity, learning and creative workloads. The device is scheduled to launch on February 6, 2026, at 12 PM IST and will be available exclusively via Amazon India. While Brave has yet to publish a full specification sheet alongside its announcement, the company’s official product page lists the Ark with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, up to 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. The listing also references a 12.95-inch 2.8K 144 Hz display, a 14,550 mAh battery and Android 15 software.

According to the company, Brave has collaborated with Qualcomm and Google during the development of its computing platform. The partnership is intended to support system optimisation, performance tuning and long-term software stability. Manufacturing and system integration duties are being handled by Syrma SGS, an Indian electronics manufacturing services provider. Amazon will serve as the brand’s primary distribution partner for nationwide availability.

Brave positions the Ark as a device targeted at what it calls “Mind Athletes,” which the company describes as digitally native users who frequently switch between work, education and entertainment tasks. The company states that the Ark has been designed around flexibility and balanced performance, although final hardware specifications remain unconfirmed.

Founder and CEO Shwetabh Rai said the Ark represents the company’s first step toward building a broader personal computing product lineup. He added that Brave plans to expand into additional form factors over time while focusing on software support and long-term usability.

Brave also states that it intends to provide ongoing operating system and security updates for the device, though update timelines and support duration have not been confirmed. The company is positioning the Ark as part of a longer-term strategy to build an ecosystem of computing products rather than releasing standalone devices.

Full details regarding specifications, pricing and final availability are expected to be revealed during the official launch event on February 6.
