HMD Expands with Family-Focused Devices

HMD introduced the Fusion X1, designed to foster healthier digital habits for children in partnership with Xplora. The device is based on findings from HMD’s Better Phone Project, which highlights rising concerns over kids’ mental health in a tech-driven world.

The brand also unveiled the HMD Barça 3210 and HMD Barça Fusion, launched in collaboration with FC Barcelona, featuring a “detox mode” for mindful digital use.

Feature Phones Get a Musical Upgrade

Following a second consecutive year of double-digit growth in the feature phone segment, HMD introduced HMD 130 and 150 Music phones, blending nostalgic designs with long-lasting battery life, FM radio, and Bluetooth 5.0.

HMD CEO Jean-Francois Baril emphasized the company’s commitment to human-first innovation, security, and financing solutions, stating, “With a renewed focus on families and meaningful digital experiences, we are driving a better technology future for all.”
