Lenovo showcases Qira cross-device AI assistant and 5× GPU performance AI inferencing servers at Tech World 2026 India

Lenovo showcased its latest AI ecosystem developments during the India edition of Tech World 2026, highlighting its new Qira ambient intelligence platform alongside updated AI infrastructure solutions. The event, held in New Delhi, focused on expanding AI integration across personal devices and enterprise computing environments.

The highlight of the event was the India debut of Lenovo Qira, a personal ambient AI system designed to operate across Lenovo and Motorola devices. The platform aims to function as a persistent AI assistant capable of maintaining user context, memory, and workflow continuity across multiple devices. Lenovo describes Qira as a system that “unifies context, memory, and continuity across devices,” aiming to deliver more adaptive AI-driven productivity experiences.

Lenovo also introduced updated ThinkSystem and ThinkEdge inferencing servers targeting enterprise AI deployments. The company claims these systems offer improvements in memory, networking, and GPU acceleration, with “up to five times higher GPU performance” compared to previous solutions. The servers are designed to support workloads such as analytics, automation, and edge AI computing.

Speaking at the event, Lenovo India Managing Director Shailendra Katyal said India is “uniquely positioned to shape how AI is democratized for the real world.”

Lenovo has not disclosed pricing or rollout timelines for the newly announced technologies.
