An upcoming Motorola phone with the model number XT2535 has received FCC certification. Specifically, the FCC listing mentions two model number variants: XT2535-1 and XT2535-2. According to a database of LTE and Wi-Fi compatible devices by Windtre, an Italian retailer, the XT2535-3 will be marketed as the Moto G06 in Italy. This suggests that the XT2535-1 and XT2535-2 approved by the FCC are simply country-specific variants of the Moto G06. In addition to the FCC certification, the Moto G06 has also appeared in Geekbench’s database. Here’s a look at the details revealed through the FCC and Geekbench listings.

Moto G06 FCC, Geekbench listings

As per the Moto G06’s FCC listing, it supports connectivity features like LTE, up to 5.8GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The FCC listing also reveals that the device is equipped with an RL52 battery and MC-101/2/3/6/7/9 charger. Cross-checking with the TUV database reveals that the RL52 battery has a 5,100mAh capacity and the said charger supports 10W charging.

The IMEI database reveals that the Moto G06 is codenamed Lagos. The same device has appeared as “motorola lagos” in Geekbench’s database. The device has scored 399 and 1234 points, respectively, in Geekbench 6. The listing reveals that the device could be powered by the Helio G81 Extreme chipset, along with 4GB of RAM and Android 15.

Our exclusive report from last month revealed that the Moto G06 may arrive in two variants: 4GB+64GB and 4GB+256GB. It will come in Pantone-certified shades such as Arabesque, Tapestry, and Tendril.
