The Geekbench AI listing shows that the device achieved a single precision score of 179, a half precision score of 167, and a quantised score of 376. According to the listing, the device runs on Android 16 and uses TensorFlow Lite with NNAPI as the backend for AI processing.

The chipset includes an octa-core CPU with clusters clocked at 2.02GHz, 2.80GHz, 3.01GHz, and a prime core running at 3.21GHz. These frequencies align with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. The tested unit appears to include around 12GB of RAM, as the listing shows approximately 10.9GB of available memory.

OnePlus Nord 6 specifications

The early benchmark details suggest that the Nord 6 could be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which debuted earlier this year in China with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. The Turbo 6 features a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a high refresh rate. Its chipset is paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device also includes a massive 9,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging

On the camera front, the Turbo 6 offers a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor along with a 2-megapixel supporting lens. It also includes a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers.

Xpert Take

The OnePlus Nord 6 appears set to build upon the foundation laid by last year’s OnePlus Nord 5. The Nord 5 focused on delivering strong performance and balanced hardware in the mid-premium segment. With the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset now expected for the Nord 6, users could see a noticeable jump in performance, battery longevity, and gaming capabilities.

The Nord 5 debuted in India at Rs 31,999, but rising memory and component costs are affecting smartphone pricing globally. As a result, the Nord 6 could launch in the Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 range. While this would place it slightly higher than its predecessor, the inclusion of a flagship-grade chipset and upgraded hardware could justify the expected price increase.
