OnePlus is expected to launch two new phones in its fan-favourite Nord Series, namely the Nord 5 and the Nord CE5. The phones have also been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and other portals, hinting at an imminent release. New reports have now surfaced online that reveal key specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE5. The device is said to feature a massive 7,100mAh battery and the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor. OnePlus Nord CE5: Launch Date (Expected)
- The OnePlus Nord CE5 is expected to launch in India in June 2025. However, the company has not confirmed any official launch date.
- The device is reportedly being tested in India on a closed group of users.
- The phone has already been spotted on the TDRA and BIS portals with the model number CPH2719.
OnePlus Nord CE5: Price in India (Expected)
- The base variant of the OnePlus Nord CE 5 could be priced at around Rs 25,000.
- To recall, the OnePlus Nord 4 debuted in India at Rs 24,999.
- The pricing for its successor is expected to remain similar, but we may also see a small price hike.
OnePlus Nord CE5: Specifications (Expected)
- Display: According to tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata), the OnePlus Nord CE5 is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a flat-style design, Full HD+ resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: The device is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor.
- Rear cameras: The OnePlus Nord CE5 is said to feature a 50MP primary camera with a Sony LYT-600 sensor, paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens. Leaked renders of the device also suggest a dual rear camera setup.
- Front camera: The selfie camera is tipped to be a 16MP sensor, same as the Nord CE4.
- Battery and Charging: The OnePlus Nord CE5 is tipped to get a 7,100mAh battery, with support for 80W charging. This could be the biggest upgrade for the phone as the Nord CE4 had a 5,500mAh battery.
- Other features: Debayan mentions that the Nord CE5 will only get a single speaker. The device will also have an in-display fingerprint scanner and an infrared sensor.
OnePlus has not confirmed or revealed any details of the Nord CE5. However, the company will likely share a few details closer to the launch.
