. OnePlus will hold a launch event on June 5 to unveil the OnePlus 13s. The same event will also see the arrival of the company’s next-generation flagship tablet, the OnePlus Pad 3. Ahead of the launch, the device has bagged the Bluetooth SIG certification, revealing its model number.
OnePlus has already confirmed that the OnePlus Pad 3 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The brand unveiled the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro with the same chip in China earlier this year. Likely, the Pad 3 heading to global markets could be a rebranded version of the Chinese OnePlus Pad 2 Pro.
OnePlus Pad 3 Bluetooth SIG certified
- The OnePlus Pad 3’s Bluetooth SIG certification reveals that it has the OPD2415 model number.
- This device has been previously spotted on Geekbench and the FCC earlier this month. Last month, it was approved by India’s BIS authority.
- It was spotted with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, and Android 15 at Geekbench.
OnePlus Pad 2 Pro specifications
- The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro available in China has a 13.2-inch IPS LCD panel that offers a 3.1K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
- The device ships with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
- It packs a 12,140mAh battery with 67W charging.
- It is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.
The OnePlus Pad 3 will succeed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered OnePlus Pad 2, which debuted in July last year. The Pad 2 was priced at Rs 39,999 at launch. Therefore, its successor is likely to arrive with similar pricing.
