The POCO C81 Pro has now appeared on the UAE’s TDRA certification website, suggesting that the smartphone is inching closer to its official launch. This development comes shortly after the device was spotted on Thailand’s NBTC certification platform, indicating that POCO is preparing the handset for multiple markets.
TDRA Certification Details

As per the TDRA listing, the device carries the marketing name “POCO C81 Pro” and bears the model number 25128PC17G. The listing confirms that it is a mobile phone and has been registered under Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd.
The equipment registration number is ER57294/26. The certification was issued on 2 March 2026 and is valid until 1 March 2029. The application and equipment registration status are both marked as “Active”, which confirms that the device has cleared the necessary regulatory approvals in the UAE.
While the TDRA listing does not reveal any specifications, such certifications typically indicate that a launch could take place in the near future.
Previously Spotted on NBTC
Before appearing on TDRA, the POCO C81 Pro was certified by Thailand’s NBTC authority. That listing also confirmed the moniker and model number but did not disclose hardware details.
The appearance on multiple certification platforms suggests that POCO is preparing for a broader rollout rather than limiting the device to a single region.
What to Expect?
At this stage, there are no confirmed specifications for the POCO C81 Pro. However, considering its positioning in the C-series, the device is likely to target the budget segment.
POCO’s C-series smartphones are generally focused on offering large displays, decent battery capacity, and entry-level to mid-range processors at competitive prices. The “Pro” branding could indicate upgrades in areas such as camera, chipset, or fast charging compared to the standard model.
That said, we will need to wait for further leaks or official confirmation to understand what the POCO C81 Pro brings to the table.
With certifications now in place in Thailand and the UAE, an official announcement may not be too far away.
