Highlights

  • Upcoming Realme C71 has received Thailand’s NBTC certification.
  • It has been spotted with the RMX5303 model number.
  • It is expected to launch this month in multiple markets.

Realme recently unveiled the Realme C75 as a budget-friendly 5G phone in India. There have been reports that the brand is also working on an entry-level 4G phone dubbed the Realme C71. While the brand has not confirmed its existence yet, it is expected to debut in the next few days in India and some other markets.

Thailand seems to be one of the markets that will receive the Realme C71. The reason behind this is that the said device has been approved by the country’s NBTC certification. Here’s a look at what to expect from the C71.

  • The NBTC listing also confirms that it will be a LTE device, meaning it will lack support for 5G connectivity.
  • The Realme C71, along with its model number, was also spotted at the UAE’s TDRA certification last month.
  • The device was also spotted on other certification platforms like EEC (Europe) and Element last month. The latter revealed it may support 45W charging.
  • Unfortunately, the other specs of the C71 are under wraps.

Realme C61 specifications

  • The Realme C71 will arrive as a successor to last year’s Realme C61, which featured a 6.74-inch IPS LCD HD+ 90Hz screen, a Unisoc T612 chip, up to 8GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging.
  • For photography, it featured a 5-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back.

To recall, the Realme C61 was priced at Rs 7,699 at launch. Therefore, the C71 is expected to hit the Indian market with sub-Rs 8,000 pricing.
