While the EEC listing does not reveal any specifications of the device, it adds weight that Realme is preparing to unveil its next budget smartphone soon. The same RMX5555 model number was also spotted earlier by 91mobiles in the IMEI database, further suggesting that the official announcement is not far off.
Apart from that, the Realme C85 is expected to succeed the Realme C75, which was launched in May of this year. The C-series is usually targeted at budget-conscious buyers and packs features like large batteries, decent displays, and basic performance for everyday use.
