The Redmi A7 Pro, an entry-level offering, has been gradually bagging new certifications. In the latest development, it has been approved by the UAE’s TDRA certification platform. Here’s a look at what to expect from this phone.
Redmi A7 Pro TDRA certified

The above screengrab shows that the Redmi A7 Pro, which bears the model number 25128RN17Y, has been certified by the TDRA. The same device was recently spotted on Thailand’s NBTC and Indonesia’s SDPPI certification platforms with the model number variant 25128RN17A. Apart from these listings, the device has also been approved by the FCC authority.
The TDRA listing has not revealed anything significant about the Redmi A7 Pro. While the NBTC certification revealed that it is a 4G LTE device, the FCC documents unearthed that it would arrive with the modest Unisoc T7250 chip, 4GB of LPDDR5x RAM, 64GB / 128GB of storage, and Android 15.
The FCC listing also revealed that the Redmi A7 Pro would house a massive 6.9-inch panel, which may probably support HD+ resolution. It further revealed a 6,000mAh battery, which may support 15W charging. In the FCC database, the device was spotted with the model number variant 25128RN17L.
There’s a rebranded version of this phone dubbed the Poco C81, which has the model number 25128RN17G. This moniker and model number were revealed through the SDPPI certification.
With multiple certifications under its belt, the Redmi A7 Pro and Poco C81 are expected to debut in multiple markets in the coming days. Both phones are expected to launch in India.
