Last month, the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE with the model number SM-S731U was spotted in Geekbench’s database. The listing revealed that the device is powered by an Exynos chip, with the “U” suffix indicating it is the US variant.

  • The Galaxy S25 FE’s global version (SM-S731B) has surfaced on Geekbench with an Exynos chip, which bears the s5e9945 model number.
  • This deca-core chip includes a prime CPU core working at 3.21GHz, two cores clocking at 2.90GHz, three cores operating at 2.59GHz, and four cores running at 1.96GHz.
  • The source code of the listing reveals that the chipset includes the Samsung Xclipse 940 GPU.
  • These chipset details confirm that the Galaxy S25 FE is powered by the Exynos 2400.
  • Therefore, it appears that the Galaxy S25 FE may not have a Snapdragon or Dimensity version, as all markets are expected to receive the Exynos 2400 edition.
  • The Geekbench listing further states that the S25 FE has 8GB of RAM and the latest Android 16.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE was unveiled in September last year. Therefore, the brand is expected to announce the Galaxy S25 FE along with the Galaxy Tab S11 lineup in September this year.
