According to a recent report by Android Authority, Samsung is working on the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra with the Dimensity 9400 chip onboard. The same report revealed that the brand is working on the Exynos 1380-powered Galaxy Tab S10 Lite.
Now, a new Samsung tablet bearing the model number SM-X406B has emerged in the database of the Geekbench benchmarking platform. This device could be the upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. Here’s a look at the details that have emerged through the Geekbench listing of the device.

- As can be seen, the mysterious Samsung tablet that has surfaced in Geekbench’s database has the SM-X406B model number. The South Korean tech brand is known for using “X” in the model numbers of its S-series tablets. Therefore, this tablet could be the forthcoming Tab S10 Lite.
- The tablet is powered by a Samsung Exynos chip with model number s5e8835 mentioned in the motherboard field. This chip is equipped with the Mali-G68 GPU, as seen in the source code of the listing.
- These details are enough to state that the forthcoming Samsung tablet has the Exynos 1380 chip onboard.
- The Geekbench listing also reveals that the device has 6GB of RAM and Android 15.
- The device has scored 782 and 2,637 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench 6, respectively.
