
Tecno has just launched the Tecno Pova Curve 5G in India, and it is said to be working on the Pova 7 series of smartphones. The Pova 7 lineup is expected to include multiple models, such as the Pova 7 5G (LJ7 model number), Pova 7 Pro 5G (LJ8), and Pova 7 Pro+ 5G (LJ9).
Recently, the Pova 7 Pro 5G was spotted in the database of the Google Play Console, whereas the Pova 7 5G was approved by India’s BIS authority. In a new development, both phones have been approved by the TUV Rheinland certification platform. Additionally, the CarlCare website, which provides support for Tecno smartphones, has revealed the configurations of both smartphones.
Tecno Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro 5G TUV certified
- The TUV certification reveals that the Tecno Pova 7 5G (LJ7) and Pova 7 Pro 5G (LJ8) will pack a 5,850mAh (rated value) battery and support 45W charging.
- The CarlCare listing reveals that the Pova 7 5G will arrive in two options: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.
- On the other hand, the Pro variant will be available in three configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB.
- The previously seen Pova 7 Pro 5G’s Google Play Console revealed that its screen will support a 1.5K resolution of 1224 x 2720 pixels and run on Android 15.
- Under the hood, the device will feature the Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chip and 12GB of RAM.
- At present, there is no information available about the device’s camera specifications.
Tecno is yet to officially confirm the arrival of the Pova 7 series. However, in all likelihood, the Pova 7 and 7 Pro may debut as early as next month (June) in different markets.
