Upcoming Xiaomi tablets 3C certified, expected to launch soon

Two upcoming Xiaomi tablets have received approval from the 3C certification platform in China. Unfortunately, there is no information about the final marketing names of these devices. However, now that they are certified by the 3C, it appears that these devices may debut in September.

New Xiaomi tablets 3C certified

The above screenshots indicate that the two upcoming Xiaomi tablets, bearing model numbers 25097RP43C and 25091RP04C, have been listed in China’s 3C database. The global versions of these tablets, with respective model numbers 25097RP43G and 25091RP04G, have already been spotted at Europe’s EEC certification in the recent past.

At 3C, the 25097RP43C edition has been spotted with an MDY-17-EE power brick, which supports 45W charging. On the other hand, the 25091RP04C’s 3C listing suggests that it may ship with an MDY-15-EQ power brick that supports 67W fast charging. The fast-charging capabilities of these devices hint that they may arrive with Redmi branding.

Redmi K Pad global launch imminent

In June, Redmi unveiled the performance-focused Redmi K Pad tablet in China. The global version of the tablet has already been spotted at certification platforms like TDRA (UAE) and IMDA (Singapore). Therefore, it appears that the Redmi K Pad may debut globally soon.

The Redmi K Pad has an 8.8-inch LCD 3K panel with 165Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, the gaming-focused tablet features the Dimensity 9400 Plus and a 7,500mAh battery with 67W rapid charging. It is equipped with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, dual x-axis linear motors, dual speakers, and dual USB-C ports.
