Vivo X300 FE bags certified by IMDA, TUV listing reveals fast charging capabilities

Vivo S50 Pro Mini

Vivo is expected to announce the Vivo V70 and V70 Elite on Feb. 19 in India. While the V70 is an entirely new device powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, the V70 Elite is said to be a rebranded version of China’s Vivo S50. Vivo is also working on the Vivo X300 FE, which could be based on the Vivo S50 Pro Mini. This X300-series phone’s arrival appears to be getting closer as it has bagged fresh certifications.

Vivo X300 FE

Shown above are the Vivo X300 FE’s TUV and IMDA listings. As can be seen, the device has appeared with its model number V2537, which was previously spotted with the final marketing name at the Bluetooth SIG.

The TUV listing reveals that the Vivo X300 FE will offer up to 90W charging. While the IMDA listing does not reveal any of the core specs, it does mention a few connectivity features, including NFC support. Apart from these certifications, this device has already been approved by India’s BIS.

Vivo X300 FE specifications (expected)

The Vivo X200 FE, which debuted last year, was a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini. Therefore, the X300 FE could be a rebranded or tweaked version of the S50 Pro Mini. Therefore, the X300 FE is expected to arrive with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display that delivers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, paired with LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, and a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.

The X300 FE has a 50-megapixel front camera and an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It will come preinstalled with OriginOS 6-based Android 16.

Xpert Pick

The Vivo X300 FE is very promising and will build on the expectations set by the X200 FE, which was an affordable compact flagship with impressive photography capabilities. The X200 FE entered the market after the OnePlus 13s, which was also a compact offering. The X200 FE was a clear winner between the two by offering a more versatile camera setup.

Now, the X300 FE is launching much before the OnePlus 15s, and there are reports suggesting that the 15s has been canceled. With no major competitor alongside, the X300 FE already appears to be a clear winner in its segment.
