. In May, a Vivo phone with the model number V2526 received TKDN certification in Indonesia. Earlier this month, it surfaced in the Indonesian SDPPI certification platform’s database with the Vivo Y19s GT 5G moniker. Now, the said device has appeared on Geekbench, revealing its chipset, RAM, and OS version ahead of launch.
While the Vivo Y19s GT is a new device for the Indonesian market, it seems to be based on or a rebranded version of the Vivo Y29s 5G and Y29t 5G available in other markets. To recall, the T4 Lite 5G, Y19 5G, Y29s 5G and Y29t 5Ghave V2509, V2446, and V2527 model numbers. However, the Google Play Supported Devices listings for these devices reveal that they share the same V2446 device code.
Vivo Y19s GT 5G Geekbench listing
- The Geekbench listing of the Vivo Y19s GT 5G (V2526) reveals that it is powered by a MediaTek MT6835 chipset.
- The chip includes six cores clocked at 2GHz and two CPU cores running at 2.4GHz. For graphics, it is equipped with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
- These details suggest that the device has 6GB of RAM and runs on Android 15.
- The Y19s GT scored 725 points in Geekbench 6’s single-core test and 1201 points in the multi-core test.
- It appears that the rest of its specifications could be based on the Y19, T4 Lite, Y29s or Y29t.
Vivo Y19s GT 5G specifications (expected)
- The Vivo Y19s 5G is expected to feature a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
- The device may pack a 5,500mAh battery with 15W charging support.
- It may feature a 5-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back.
Vivo Indonesia is yet to confirm the arrival of the Y19s. However, it appears that the phone may launch next month in the country.
