Xiaomi’s upcoming 15T series is shaping up to be a major play in Europe’s increasingly premium smartphone market. According to information shared with us by tipster Sudhanshu, we can confirm the storage variants, colour options, and pricing for the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro.

The Xiaomi 15T will come in a single 12GB + 256GB variant priced at €649 (~₹58,000), available in Black, Grey, and Gold colour options. Meanwhile, the more advanced Xiaomi 15T Pro will be offered in two variants—12GB + 256GB at €799 (~₹71,000) and 12GB + 512GB at €899 (~₹80,000)—also in Black, Grey, and Gold.

While these are the leaked European prices, Xiaomi devices are usually priced lower in India due to different tax structures and market positioning. This means the Indian launch could see more competitive pricing, especially since the devices are expected to sit below the Xiaomi 15 Ultra series in the country.

Camera Upgrades Across the 15T Lineup

Furthermore, some recent leaks (via PaperKing14, reported by Nokiamob) suggest that the Xiaomi 15T Pro will feature a highly capable triple-camera system. It is expected to use a 50-megapixel OmniVision OVX9100 primary sensor, the same one rumoured for the standard Xiaomi 15, paired with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 telephoto camera and a 13-megapixel OmniVision OV13B ultrawide lens. On the front, the device could sport a Samsung S5KKDS selfie camera. Powering the device will be a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging, ensuring both longevity and quick recharging.

Apart from that, the standard Xiaomi 15T is expected to share much of the same DNA, though with a few key differences. Instead of the OVX9100, it will likely feature a 50-megapixel OmniVision OVX8000 as its primary sensor, while still carrying the same telephoto and ultrawide cameras as the Pro. The device will also pack the same 5,500mAh battery, though charging speeds are expected to top out at 67W rather than the faster 90W found on the Pro.

The standard Xiaomi 15T is expected to ditch the OVX9100 and will likely feature a 50-megapixel OmniVision OVX8000 as its primary sensor, while still carrying the same telephoto and ultrawide cameras as the Pro. The device will also pack the same 5,500mAh battery, though charging speeds are expected to top out at 67W rather than the faster 90W found on the Pro.

Xiaomi’s Premium Play in Europe and India

The “T” series has always been important for Xiaomi in Europe and other international markets. The T series acts as the company’s true global flagship. These devices often carry over top-end features from their Chinese siblings but are fine-tuned to meet international user needs, regional regulations, and pricing sensitivities.

In Europe, premium smartphones priced above €800 (~₹80,000) now account for 32% of sales, a record high. By setting the 15T at €649 (~₹66,000)  and the Pro starting at €799 (~₹80,000), Xiaomi is positioning itself as a premium alternative to Samsung and Apple, but at slightly more accessible price points.

When it comes to India, the positioning will be equally important. Xiaomi typically reserves its Ultra flagships for the top tier, while the T-series aims at users who want flagship-level hardware without crossing into ultra-premium pricing. This strategy is crucial as competition heats up against the OnePlus 13, Samsung Galaxy S25, Vivo X200, and iQOO’s next flagship.

September Debut Likely, India May Follow in October

The Xiaomi 14T series, which included the 14T and 14T Pro, was launched globally in September 2024. Following this annual cycle, the Xiaomi 15T series is expected to make its global and European debut in September 2025.

As for India, there is no official confirmation yet. In recent years, Xiaomi has often skipped bringing its flagship T-series devices to the Indian market. However, some people on the internet suggest that if Xiaomi decides to launch the 15T series in India, it could arrive towards the end of October 2025.

However, all these details make one thing clear: if the hardware matches up to expectations and given Xiaomi’s track record with the T line, there’s reason to believe that the 15T and 15T Pro could become the company’s most important releases this year.
