Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G design
Starting from the front, the Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G has a curved-edge AMOLED screen. Its rear panel showcases a distinctive triangular camera module housing the camera sensors and an LED flash, and there is a black triangular insert at the bottom-right corner.
There is “Curve 5G” text engraved towards the right of the cameras, and a small orange triangle along with Pova branding at the bottom-left, which accentuates the overall look. The top edge houses Dolby Atmos branding and a microphone, while the bottom edge features a speaker grille, a USB-C port, a microphone, and a SIM slot.
Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G specifications
The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G will arrive with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This marks a slight upgrade in screen resolution, as the predecessor supports an FHD+ resolution.
The Pova Curve 2 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100, which is yet to go official. The device will arrive in multiple configurations, such as 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB.
It would be really tough for other brands to match Tecno in the battery department in the mid-range segment, as the Pova Curve 2 5G will pack a humongous 8,000mAh battery. Thankfully, the device will offer 45W fast charging.
The device will feature a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back, and it will feature a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
The Pova Curve 2 5G will run on the latest Android 16 with a layer of the company’s own HiOS 16 UI. It will also have other features such as an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and an IP64 rating.
At present, we do not have any information about the Pova Curve 2 5G’s price and availability. To recall, the Pova Curve 5G debuted with a price tag of Rs 15,999 in May this year. Similarly, the Curve 2 5G may arrive with a sub-Rs 20,000 pricing.
