
Oppo is working on several new A5-series phones for different markets. In China, Oppo offers A5 Energy Edition, A5 5G, and A5 Pro 5G. While the Pro model is equipped with the Dimensity 7300 chipset, the other two phones have the Dimensity 6300. In the global market, the brand has already launched Oppo A5 Pro (4G) and A5 Pro 5G powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 (4G) and Dimensity 6300 chipsets, respectively.
In addition to these, the brand has a couple of new smartphones for the global market, such as:

- Oppo A5 4G (CPH2727)
- Oppo A5x 4G (CPH2725)
- Oppo A5i 4G (CPH2773)
- Oppo A5i Pro 4G (CPH2755)

In a new development, some of these devices have received new certifications, which indicate that they may launch soon. Additionally, the Enco Buds 3 has also bagged TDRA certification in the UAE.
Oppo Enco Buds 3, A5 (5G), A5 (4G), A5x bag new certifications
- The Enco Buds 3, which bears the ETEG1 model number, has received approval from the UAE’s TDRA certification The TWS earbuds were previously approved by Singapore’s IMDA and China’s MIIT. However, none of the certifications have revealed its key specifications.
- The Oppo A5 (5G) – CPH2735 – has received the TUV and Wi-Fi Alliance certification. These certifications reveal support for 45W charging and dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi.
- Previously, the Oppo A5 5G at other certification platforms, such as the FCC, TDRA (UAE), GCF, SIRIM (Malaysia), and NBTC (Thailand). However, these listings have revealed only a few details, like ColorOS 15.0.1 and a 6,000mAh battery (5,860mAh rated value).
- The Latin American and European variants of the Oppo A5 (CPH2727) and Oppo A5x (CPH2725) have been approved by certification platforms like GCF and TUV. While the GCF listings have not revealed anything significant, the TUV certifications have revealed support for 45W charging. Readers should note that these devices lack support for 5G connectivity.
- The previously seen FCC certification of the A5x has revealed it will have ColorOS 15.0.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a 6,000mAh battery (5,860mAh rated value),
- The CPH2759 Oppo phone has also received GCF certification, but its final moniker is not known yet.
With multiple certifications in tow, the above-mentioned Oppo phones and the Enco Buds 3 are expected to launch soon in the global market.
