iQOO is all set to announce the iQOO Pad 5 series on May 20 in China. Yesterday, we spotted the standard Pad 5 model with the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip onboard on the Geekbench. Now, it appears that the Pad 5 Pro has also emerged in Geekbench’s database, revealing its chipset, RAM, and OS.

The iQOO Pad 5 Pro will arrive as a successor to last year’s iQOO Pad 2 Pro, which featured the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. The Pad 5 series also includes a third model called the iQOO Pad 5e, which could be a rebranded version of last year’s iQOO Pad 2. Here’s a look at what to expect from the Pad 5 Pro through its Geekbench listing.

  • The above screenshots show that an iQOO tablet with the iPA2575 model number has emerged in Geekbench’s database.
  • This tablet has been previously spotted at China’s 3C certification with a 66W charger. This indicates that the iPA2575 could be a high-end model and probably the Pad 5 Pro.
  • The Geekbench listing reveals that the iQOO Pad 5 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus.
  • As usual, the Geekbench listing does not specify the name of the chip, but the CPU and GPU (via source code) details are enough to claim that the Pad 5 Pro has the D9400+ onboard.
  • The listing also reveals that the tablet has 16GB of RAM and Android 15. The device scored 2,694 points in the single-core test and 8,189 points in the multi-core test.
