
Last month, it was reported that Oppo is working on a new smartphone called the Oppo A6i 5G. Now, it appears that the company is planning to expand the lineup with multiple models, as the Oppo A6 Pro 5G has received several certifications. Additionally, the device has been spotted in the NBD trade database, which reveals some of its key specifications. Here’s a look at everything that’s known about the Oppo A6 Pro so far.
Oppo A6 Pro 5G key details revealed
As can be seen above, an Oppo smartphone with model number CPH2781 has appeared in the databases of certification platforms like India’s BIS and the UAE’s TDRA. The TDRA listing also reveals that the device will have the Oppo A6 Pro 5G as its final marketing name.
The NBD trade database listing of the said phone reveals that it will feature a 6.57-inch display, which, as of now, is unclear whether it is an LCD or OLED panel. The device will also be equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage. The other details of the phone are under wraps.
The Oppo A6 Pro 5G will arrive as the successor to the Oppo A5 Pro 5G, which debuted globally with the Dimensity 6300 chip earlier this year. The device features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it features an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel dual-camera unit. The phone also features 8GB of RAM, 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging.
