Vivo X200T is launching on January 27

Vivo has officially confirmed the Vivo X200T launch date. Set to launch on January 27, it will be positioned lower than the Vivo X300 series, which starts at Rs 75,999. Ahead of the launch, its landing page available on Vivo India’s website has revealed key details about its display, chipset, cameras, and colour options.

Vivo X200T specifications

The Vivo X200T’s official listing has revealed that it will feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. The phone will come with IP68/69-rated dust and water resistance.

The X200T is confirmed to pack a 6,200mAh battery. Apart from bypass charging, the phone will also offer 40W wireless and 90W wired charging. The device will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus, which was MediaTek’s most powerful chip in 2025. It will come preloaded with Android 16, with OriginOS 6 on top.

For selfies, the Vivo X200T will feature a 32-megapixel Samsung KD1 front camera. Its rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support.

The Vivo X200T will be available in two shades, Seaside Lilac and Stellar Black. Other details of the phone remain under wraps.

Vivo X200T price rumours

According to reports, the X200T’s base model will feature 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, priced at Rs 59,999. The higher variant with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage may cost Rs 69,999. The device is expected to be an online-only model, sold through platforms such as Vivo’s online store and Flipkart.
