Xpert Take

The Poco X8 Pro Max appears to be shaping up as a performance-focused smartphone, thanks to the new Dimensity 9500s chipset. The early Geekbench scores suggest that the device should deliver strong CPU performance for demanding tasks such as gaming, heavy multitasking, and sustained workloads. With powerful cores and a modern GPU architecture, the phone is likely to handle high-frame-rate gaming smoothly.

Considering its flagship-level chip, large battery, and gaming-friendly hardware, the Poco X8 Pro Max could target users looking for strong performance at a relatively aggressive price. Based on Poco’s previous pricing strategy, the device could launch around Rs 40,000 in India, positioning it as a powerful gaming-oriented option in the upper mid-range segment.
