Vivo Y600 Pro Specifications Emerge via China Telecom, 3C Certification, Geekbench Listings

Vivo Y600 Pro

Vivo has been teasing the Vivo Y600 Pro in China for the past few days. What’s interesting about this device is that it could feature the largest battery ever seen on a Vivo phone. While the company is still silent on its launch date, a premature listing of the Vivo Y600 Pro on China Telecom has revealed its entire specifications. Apart from this, the device has also appeared in the database of Geekbench and China’s 3C certification platform.

Vivo Y600 Pro specifications

Starting from the front, the Vivo Y600 Pro (model number V2561A) features a 6.83-inch OLED panel offering a 1.5K resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels. The screen is embedded with a fingerpint sensor for biometrics. The listing confirms that it will house a massive 10,200mAh battery, which will support 80W fast charging, as per its 3C certification.

The device is powered by a 2.5GHz MT6858T MediaTek chipset, according to the China Telecom listing. The Geekbench listing reveals that this chip comprises four cores clocked at 2.50GHz and four cores operating at 2.00GHz. For graphics, it is equipped with a Mali-G610 MC2 GPU, as per the listing metadata.

This appears to be an overclocked edition of the Dimensity 7100, and a recent leak by tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that this chip will be marketed as the Dimensity 7300e. The Geekbench listing further reveals 12GB of RAM, Android 16, a single-core score of 1,036, and a multi-core score of 3,103.

The Vivo Y600 Pro will arrive in multiple configurations, such as 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 8GB + 512GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. For photography, it will feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera.

Despite having a huge battery inside, the Y600 Pro measures 163.90 × 76.50 × 8.15mm and weighs 221 grams. It will be available in multiple shades, including Floating Gold, Bright Moon Black, Vast Blue, and Starry Purple. The listing also reveals that it will hit the Chinese market on April 30.

Xpert Take

So far, 9,000mAh batteries seen on phones like the Poco X8 Pro Max and OnePlus Nord 6 are among the largest from mainstream brands in India. Vivo has been leading the Indian smartphone market for quite some time, and sooner or later, it may also launch a 10,000mAh+ battery phone in India. However, there is no clarity on whether the Y600 Pro will be released in markets outside China.

Even if it does, there is a possibility that it could be rebranded as an iQOO device in India. Readers are advised to wait for further reports to see whether the device makes it to the Indian market.
