Samsung has announced the launch of its 2026 Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. This is being positioned as an updated version of its all-in-one washer dryer system. The new model focuses on reducing laundry time as well as automating more parts of the washing process using AI features and expanded voice controls.
The South Korean tech giant had first displayed this device at CES 2026, but now more details around the upgrades coming to the 2026 model have been revealed.
It has built the Laundry Combo lineup around the idea of eliminating the biggest problems of the laundry routines, which is moving clothes between separate washing and drying machines. While this issue is not so common in India, in the West people have two different machines for the two jobs.
Bespoke AI Laundry Combo Features
A major upgrade to the 2026 lineup is the improved wash-and-dry performance. According to the company, this machine can complete a full cycle faster than previous ventless combo machines under certain conditions through its Super Speed mode.
This time you also get a high-pressure Speed Spray system for faster rinsing and detergent penetration, alongside a new booster heat exchanger, which is there to help in drying efficiently.
Along with this, Samsung has also introduced Auto Open Door+. This feature automatically opens the door after wash-only cycles and circulates air inside the drum to help prevent odour buildup when clothes are left inside for longer periods.
You also get a bunch of Bixby AI features on the new Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. The upgraded AI Wash & Dry+ system uses sensors to figure out the laundry weight, fabric type and dirt levels in real time and then automatically adjusts the washing and drying settings.
It can identify multiple fabric types, including denim and outdoor wear, while optimising water and detergent usage depending on the load.
Samsung has also integrated a more conversational version of Bixby into this machine. Instead of relying on just fixed commands, users can even give natural voice instructions like adjusting rinse settings or setting a timer for wash completion.
You can additionally use this washing machine to control other connected Samsung smart home products directly through voice commands.
Bespoke AI Laundry Combo Availability
According to the company, the 2026 Bespoke AI Laundry Combo will roll out across select global markets through 2026. The company also plans to introduce more affordable variants in some regions as it expands the lineup across different price segments. The company has not revealed the prices yet, so stay tuned for that.
Industry observers say that all-in-one laundry appliances are slowly gaining traction as consumers are now prioritising convenience, automation and space-saving appliances. Along with that, AI features and home integration are also becoming a larger focus area as brands are trying to differentiate premium home appliances beyond their basic functionality.
