Realme is all set to unveil the Realme C100x on July 16 in India. While it is a new phone for the Indian market, the handset has been available in some global markets for the past few weeks. Therefore, the specifications of the phone are no secret, but what remains unknown is its actual selling price. Today, an industry source shared the following image, revealing the box price of the C100x.
Realme C100x box price revealed

The above image reveals that the Realme C100x has a box price of Rs 29,999. While the official selling price of the device is still unknown, it is expected to be significantly lower than the box price, as smartphone brands typically set a higher MRP than the actual retail price.
The image also confirms that the C100x carries the RMX5366 model number. It has a 17.3cm display, which translates to 6.8 inches. The device weighs 219 grams and measures 16.65 x 7.82 x 0.88cm. The retail package includes the C100x handset, a charger, a USB data cable, a SIM ejector tool, a Quick Guide, and a protective case.
Realme C100x specifications
Realme’s teasers on Flipkart confirm that the C100x features an 8,000mAh battery, a 120Hz refresh rate display, 12GB Dynamic RAM (including physical and virtual RAM), 64GB of storage, and a 50-megapixel primary camera. For durability, it offers an IP64 rating and military-grade shock resistance. It will be available in Golden Coast and Deep Blue Tides colour options.
As mentioned, Realme introduced the C100x in Thailand back in May. It features a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD panel and is powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, meaning it does not support 5G connectivity. The device includes LPDDR4x RAM, eMMC 5.1 storage, and 45W fast charging. Other specifications include a 5-megapixel front camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Xpert Take
Considering the box price of Rs 29,999, the Realme C100x appears to be another smartphone that may face criticism due to rising memory costs, resulting in a combination of modest specifications, a 4G chipset, and an HD+ display.
While it has some strong points, such as a massive 8,000mAh battery, durable build, and a 50-megapixel camera, the lack of 5G support and an HD+ display at a price that could exceed Rs 20,000 may discourage buyers. It remains to be seen how Realme prices the C100x when it launches on July 16.
