While the brand has been consistently launching the Find X-series phones in China, it did not release a Find X-branded flagship phone after the Find X3 series in India, which debuted in 2021. Latest Leak – Global Find X9 appears in NBD trade database
Our team of experts has come across two upcoming Oppo phones bearing the model numbers CPH2797 and CPH2791, which surfaced in Vietnam’s NBD trade database, revealing key details about their display, RAM, and storage. At present, there is no clarity about the CPH2797 device, which features a 6.5-inch screen, 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage, but the CPH2791 appears to be the Oppo Find X9’s global version.
To recall, the CPH2791 Oppo phone was spotted with a Dimensity 9500 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and Android 16 OS at the beginning of this month. Oppo’s China wing has already confirmed that the Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro heading to their home market will feature the Dimensity 9500, which is scheduled to launch on September 22.
Since the CPH2791 has the Dimensity 9500, it appears to be one of the Find X9 series phones. The newly spotted NBD trade database listing reveals that it is equipped with a 6.59-inch display, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. To recall, the Oppo Find X8 featured the same 6.59-inch display, which indicates the CPH2791 could be the Oppo Find X9’s global version.

It is expected to bring along an iOS-like Liquid Glass-style UI with smoother animations, full-screen AOD, lockscreen widgets, and advanced AI tools for enhanced customisation and security.
The Find X9 is also expected to feature a customisable Plus key, which was previously reserved only for the Find X8 Pro last year. This also means that the device will not feature an Alert Slider. It will also come with other features, such as an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, and an x-axis linear motor.
