This month, Oppo will announce the Oppo Find N6 and Oppo Watch X3 in China. It is speculated that April may see the arrival of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Oppo Find X9s Pro. Oppo has also confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra will be heading to the global market in the coming days, but the company has not yet confirmed a launch timeframe.
In a new development, the Find X9 Ultra has been spotted for the first time on a global certification platform. At the same time, the global version of the Oppo Find X9s has also been approved.
Oppo Find X9 Ultra, Find X9s NBTC certified
The above images show that the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s have been approved by Thailand’s NBTC certification platform. These devices have been spotted with model numbers CPH2841 and CPH2873, respectively.
Previously, both phones were spotted on the Indonesian TKDN and SDPPI certification platforms, but they did not reveal their final marketing names.
Readers should note that the Find X9s heading to the global market and the Find X9s Pro planned for the Chinese market are said to be different devices. The Find X9s is said to be among the early adopters of the recently unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chip. It is said to be a toned-down version of the existing Oppo Find X9.
On the other hand, the Find X9s Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500. It is said to feature dual 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 sensors for the primary and periscope telephoto cameras, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
Oppo Watch X3 TENAA certified
An upcoming Oppo smartwatch bearing the model number OWW263 has been approved by China’s TENAA regulatory authority. The listing reveals a few specifications, such as LTE connectivity, a 345mAh (rated value) battery, GPS, and Wi-Fi.
This device could be the upcoming Oppo Watch X3. Speculation suggests that the device may get rebranded as the OnePlus Watch 4 in markets outside China.
Xpert Take
The Find X9 Ultra will be Oppo’s first Ultra-branded phone to be released globally. It will be positioned higher than the Oppo Find X9 Pro, which was priced at Rs 1,09,999 at launch. With the rise in memory chip pricing across the globe, the X9 Ultra may carry a hefty price tag of around Rs 1,40,000. In India, it will rival the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra.
On the other hand, the Find X9s is expected to be positioned lower than the Find X9, which was priced at Rs 74,999 at launch. So, there is a possibility that the X9s could be priced between Rs 60,000 and Rs 70,000.
