Back in November 2025, Red Magic globally unveiled the Red Magic 11 Pro. It was followed by the Red Magic 11 Air in January this year. Now, it appears that the brand may soon launch another 11-series phone globally in the next few days. Continue reading ahead to know what the name of the device will be.
Red Magic 11s Pro NBTC certified

As can be seen above, the forthcoming Red Magic 11s Pro with model number NX809J has been approved by Thailand’s NBTC authority. The listing, as usual, has no information about the specs of the device but hints at an imminent global release.
The NX809J is originally associated with the Chinese version of the Red Magic 11 Pro+. In terms of specs, the Chinese editions of the Red Magic 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ pack the same specifications, but the Pro+ comes with a 7,500mAh battery, higher 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and 120W wired charging. On the other hand, the standard 11 Pro comes with a bigger 8,000mAh battery, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1TB of storage, and lacks wireless charging.
The Red Magic 11 Pro’s global version also maxes out at 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and packs a 7,500mAh battery with 80W wired and 80W wireless charging. There’s a possibility that the upcoming Red Magic 11s Pro may pack a bigger 8,000mAh battery and may also offer slightly faster 120W fast charging. It is advisable to wait for further reports to reveal details about the 11s Pro.
Regardless of Chinese or global versions, all the Red Magic 11 Pro/Pro+ pack identical specs, such as a 6.85-inch OLED 1.5K 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, Red Magic OS 11-based Android 16, a 16MP front camera, and dual 50MP cameras.
Xpert Take
While gaming-focused brands such as Xiaomi’s Black Shark and Asus ROG Phone have bowed out of the market, Nubia’s gaming sub-brand Red Magic has been consistently launching hardcore gaming phones for the past few years. While the brand hasn’t sold any of its gaming phones in India in recent years, these phones have been available in select markets globally. Therefore, the Red Magic 11s Pro is unlikely to release in India.
Hopefully, Nubia considers bringing the Red Magic 11s Pro to India. The growing demand for gaming smartphones in the country could make it a viable market for the brand. It would also give users more options beyond mainstream flagships.
