The Vivo V50e is expected to launch in India in the coming months. Today, our team at Xpertpick spotted the upcoming V50e in the Geekbench AI listing. The database reveals key details about the smartphone, including its chipset.
Vivo V50e Geekbench AI Listing
The Geekbench AI database has listed a new Vivo smartphone with the model number V2428. The device achieved scores of 529, 1316, and 2632 in single-precision, half-precision, and quantized tests, respectively. For those unfamiliar, Geekbench AI assesses the performance of CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs in handling machine learning tasks.
The upcoming Vivo V50e will feature an octa-core SoC, with four cores clocked at 2.0GHz and another four at 2.50GHz. As per the source code, the chipset will be paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. So we can infer that it will be likely powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC.
The Dimensity 7300 is the same chipset that powers the Vivo V40e and is built on a 4nm process. The chipset features four Cortex A78 cores and four Cortex A55 cores. The listing also confirms that the MediaTek SoC will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The forthcoming smartphone will boot Android 15 out of the box.
The Vivo V50e was previously spotted on BIS and EEC certification by folks at MySmartPrice. The certification suggests that Vivo may launch the handset in the next few months. So stay tuned for more updates.
