
iQOO will hold a launch event on May 20 in China to unveil the iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ flagship phone with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The same event will see the arrival of multiple devices, such as the iQOO Pad 5 series of flagship tablets, the iQOO Watch 5, the iQOO TWS Air 3, and some accessories. The Neo 10 Pro+ was recently spotted on Geekbench, and now one of the tablets has also emerged in Geekbench’s database, revealing its key specifications.
iQOO is reportedly working on three tablets with model numbers iPA2537, iPA2556, and iPA2575 for the Chinese market. The iPA2537 has already been spotted with the iQOO Pad 5e moniker in Google Play Console’s database. The iPA2556 and iPA2575, which have already been approved by China’s 3C authority, are believed to be the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro, respectively. Ahead of the launch, the iPA2556 tablet has surfaced on Geekbench with a Dimensity 9-series chipset.
iQOO Pad 5 Geekbench listing

- The iQOO iPA2556 tablet has appeared on Geekbench with the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset.
- According to a recent leak by tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO Pad 5 is expected to feature the Dimensity 9300 Plus chip, indicating that the device with model number iPA2556 spotted on Geekbench could indeed be the upcoming iQOO Pad 5.
- The Geekbench listing does not directly specify the chipset’s name. However, the CPU and GPU (via source code) information are sufficient to conclude the device is equipped with the D9300+.
- The Geekbench listing further reveals that the iQOO Pad 5 has 16GB of RAM and runs on Android 15. The device scored 2,197 and 7,575 points in the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, respectively.
iQOO Pad 5 series specifications (rumoured)
- According to reports, the iQOO Pad 5 will feature a 12.1-inch LCD panel that supports a 2.8K resolution.
- On the other hand, the iQOO Pad 5 Pro will be a larger device featuring a 13-inch LCD panel with 3.1K resolution.
- Under the hood, the Pro edition will feature the more powerful Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
- As per the 3C certification, the iQOO Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro will support 44W and 66W charging, respectively.
- The iQOO Pad 5e is expected to be a rebranded version of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3-powered iQOO Pad 2 from last year.
The iQOO Pad 5 series is all set to unveil next week in China. It is unclear whether the Pad 5 series will be released outside of China.
