Nothing has started teasing its next product, which is expected to break cover in March. The first teaser shows the “(a)” in multi-coloured dots, suggesting that the brand could be hinting at the Phone (4a) series or the Headphone (a), or possibly both devices. Meanwhile, the Phone (4a) series continues to secure certifications ahead of launch, with the latest appearance spotted on the UAE’s TDRA certification platform.
Nothing Phone (4a) Pro TDRA certified

The certification listing reveals that a Nothing smartphone carrying the model number A069 has received approval from the TDRA authority. Earlier certifications indicate that this device could launch as the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. This development follows closely after both the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro were seen on Europe’s EEC certification database, suggesting that the official unveiling may not be far away.
According to reports, the Phone (4a) Pro could feature a Snapdragon 7-series chipset, USB 3.1 storage, and support for eSIM connectivity. The top-end variant is expected to offer a 12GB+256GB configuration. The device may also arrive in multiple colour options, including black, white, blue, and pink, aligning with Nothing’s design-focused approach.
Xpert Take
Nothing reportedly has no plans to introduce a flagship smartphone this year. Instead of launching a Phone (4), the company may focus on delivering flagship-like features through the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro models. Expectations are high for the Pro version, especially since the Phone (3a) Pro introduced a periscope telephoto camera last year. As the previous generation lacked OIS support for both the primary and periscope cameras, the upcoming model could bring improvements in this area.
The Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro debuted at Rs 24,999 and Rs 29,999, respectively. Considering rising component and memory costs, the Phone (4a) Pro may arrive with a starting price under Rs 35,000, although official pricing details are yet to be confirmed.
