Realme C100i

Last month, the upcoming Realme C100i was spotted on the NBTC certification with the model number RMX5377. The device was also found listed prematurely on regional Amazon sites for Australia, France, and Italy. Now, the phone has appeared in the Google Play Console database, revealing a few key specifications.

The Google Play Console listing of the Realme C100i reveals that it is powered by the Unisoc T615 chipset, formerly known as Spreadtrum. Its display supports an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1570 pixels with a pixel density of 320dpi. The phone is also equipped with 4GB of RAM, and the inclusion of this chipset suggests that it will lack support for 5G connectivity.

Previous reports have revealed that the Realme C100i will feature a 6.8-inch LCD panel with up to 900 nits of peak brightness and is expected to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery. Despite the large battery, the device is said to maintain a slim profile of 8.35mm. It is also expected to come with a MIL-STD-810H rating for shock resistance and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

Xpert Pick

The Realme C100i has not yet been certified in India, which raises questions about its launch in the country. There is a possibility that its availability could be limited to select markets.

Alternatively, Realme fans looking for a 4G LTE phone can consider the Realme P4 Lite, which recently went official. It features a 6.74-inch HD+ 90Hz display, a Unisoc T7250 chipset, 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage, and a 6,300mAh battery with 15W charging.
